1. Free Trial Terms

The Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "we") may, in accordance with business arrangements, provide Users (hereinafter referred to as "you") with free trial or paid trial services (collectively referred to as the "Trial Services"). Unless you actively cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the Trial Services, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fees from your bound payment channel upon the expiration of the trial period in accordance with the subscription cycle you selected and the fee standards published on the payment page to complete the subscription renewal.

2. Subscription Service Cycle and Renewal

The subscription service you select and purchase through the app store will be automatically renewed in accordance with the confirmed subscription cycle (including but not limited to weekly, monthly, annual, etc., subject to the service plan you select at the time of purchase and the information displayed by the system). Unless you take the initiative to cancel the subscription, the subscription service will be automatically renewed at the end of each cycle to ensure the continuous validity of your service usage rights and interests.

3. Payment Method and Authorization

Upon your confirmation of the purchase of the subscription service, the relevant service fees will be directly deducted from your bound payment channel in accordance with the payment method you selected. You hereby expressly authorize us to collect the subscription service fees for the corresponding cycle from the payment channel you provided at the agreed fee deduction time in accordance with this Agreement and the subscription service information confirmed by you.

4. Subscription Cancellation Rules

4.1 Service Cancellation and Continuation

After you successfully cancel the subscription, the system will immediately disable the auto-renewal function and no longer deduct subscription fees subsequently. However, your rights and interests for the current subscription cycle corresponding to the fees you have paid shall remain unaffected, and you may still use all functions included in the subscription service normally for the remaining period of the current subscription cycle. Please note that the mere act of deleting the application shall not be deemed a valid subscription cancellation and shall not terminate the auto-renewal and fee deduction.

4.2 Cancellation of Subscriptions via the App Store

If your subscription service or Trial Service is purchased or activated through the Apple App Store, you may cancel it at any time through the following methods:

1. Apple ID Account Settings: Go to Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions on your Apple device, find the subscription service for the relevant app, and complete the cancellation in accordance with the system instructions;

2. In-app Account Settings: Open the relevant app, enter the account management or subscription management page, and follow the on-page prompts to cancel the subscription.

To avoid incurring unnecessary renewal fees, you shall complete the cancellation operation at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the trial period or the end of the current subscription cycle.

5. Terms Modification and Fee Adjustment

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we reserve the right to adjust the fees of the subscription service based on factors such as business operation needs and market conditions. For any fee adjustment, we will notify you in a reasonable and prominent manner in advance through channels including but not limited to in-app announcements and emails. If you do not accept the adjusted fee standards, you may cancel the relevant subscription service in accordance with the methods stipulated in this Agreement before the adjusted fees take effect; if you do not cancel the subscription after the adjustment takes effect, it shall be deemed that you agree to pay the subsequent subscription fees in accordance with the adjusted fee standards.

6. Refund Rules

If your subscription service or Trial Service is purchased or activated through the Apple App Store, refund applications shall be processed in accordance with Apple Inc.’s official rules: You shall first confirm whether you meet the refund conditions stipulated by Apple Inc.; if applicable, you shall submit a refund application directly to Apple Inc. and complete the process in accordance with the refund procedures, requirements and guidelines published on Apple’s official support page.
